The Role - Pastoral Assistant
We are looking for a proactive Pastoral Assistant to support children across Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6). This full-time role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs both in and out of the classroom.
You will work alongside class teachers, the SENCO and the wider pastoral team to deliver targeted interventions, check-ins, and mentoring, while also helping to maintain positive routines and relationships. The role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a pastoral or behaviour support role, or with a background in SEMH.
