We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Parkstone Connect Day Service.

Parkstone Connect is a purpose-built day service, providing leisure and learning opportunities, through individual and groups meaningful activities. The activities promote choice, independence aim to enable individuals to develop their skills and engage in meaningful activities such as, Pottery, Yoga, Art, Music, Gardening, Exercise, Woodcraft, Reminiscence and Sensory based activities.

The role is varied and interesting working in a large service and a motivated team who delivery high quality care and support to our clients. You will work 'front of house' in the reception area as part of the service management team, greeting and supporting client and carers.

What You'll Do

General administrative/clerical duties.
Producing letters, emails and reports as required.
Providing reception cover, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
Creating and maintaining records to a high and accurate standard.

What You Need

Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong team player.
Competent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
GCSE grade C qualifications or equivalent.

Part-time – 30 hours per week.
