Salary: £23,672.00 to £28,783.00 dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Cardiff
Assessment Centre: 1st of October in our Cardiff Centre
Responsibilities
* Lead personal development sessions that take foundation programmes to new heights, in person or via MS Teams.
* Deliver activities outdoors and in green spaces as part of the programme, with some travel required to relevant local areas.
* Record information and data about young people, volunteers, or partners to ensure alignment with funding contracts.
* Safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection remain central to all activities.
* Support and empower delivery partners and service providers to reach set outcomes.
* Be prepared to wear different hats and step up as needed to meet demands of the role.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in youth development or related field with ability to support young people from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to travel to local areas to support programme delivery and visits.
* Comfort with data recording and reporting to meet contract requirements.
