We now have a rare opportunity for a caring and professional person to join our Head Office based Customer Relations Team. What will I do as a Customer Relations Advisor? This role will support our Contact Centre to deliver a customer focused and effective complaints resolutions for our customers. Handling all customer concerns, you will provide both verbal and written responses to support first time resolution. Taking enquires over the telephone and via email. Dealing effectively with customer / supplier queries and trying to resolve any issues in a confident manner. Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries. Dealing with any operational changes and identifying issues to improve the customer / supplier experience and journey. Assisting customers on holiday to ensure any issues are resolved efficiently. Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines. Increase customer loyalty, delivering customer satisfaction, delivering consistent and professional communications. Demonstrating up to date product and brand knowledge while having in depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products What shifts will I work as a Customer Relations Advisor? You'll work an average of 37.5 hours a week on a rota bases across our contact Centre opening hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 10am - 4pm). Where will I be based as a Customer Relations Advisor? You will be based at our Head Office in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, postcode S60 2XR. (This is not a work from home role) How much will I be paid as a Customer Relations Advisor? Your salary will start at £26,000 per annum, and there will be opportunities to grow this further. About You? You will have good quality experience in a contact centre customer services or complaints resolution role. You will be comfortable managing a varying case load, and will be able to effectively prioritise your work. Great communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as are good computer skills. An interest in travel (or experience in this sector) is preferable but not essential.
