As part of our depot team, you'll receive in-person coaching and attend online training sessions with our Talent Development team, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Our focus on employee development ensures a comprehensive training experience. The Customer Assistance Representative role offers excellent progression opportunities through our in-house training and development roadmap.
We reward your commitment by offering the chance to increase your salary by £1000 in your first year. Completing each task on the training roadmap will be assessed and accredited by your leadership team, with various knowledge checks and activities to support your learning.
Upon completing the roadmap (typically around 10 months), you'll be promoted to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, with further opportunities to join our leadership development program. This will broaden your knowledge in Fleet Logistics, Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, HR, and Operations, paving the way for management roles and future career growth within Enterprise.

42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, from 07:30/8:30 to 16:30/17:30.

Role Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service, supporting operations with administration, managing a fleet of commercial vehicles, developing new business, and maintaining relationships to ensure profitability.
You will learn to communicate effectively, influence, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will be developed, enabling you to work with local business partners and decision-makers.
