As a Housekeeper with Springcare, you would take pride in ensuring that all standards of cleanliness, infection control and laundry are carried out to a high standard.
Daily Activities
* General cleaning and tidying of communal areas and our residents' bedrooms
* Hoovering, cleaning bathrooms and carrying out deep cleans.
* Laundry of resident's clothes, bedding and other items.
* Assisting the kitchen team
* Maintaining housekeeping products
Typical Shift Patterns
* 8am until 8pm
* 8am until 2pm
* 2pm until 8pm
Key Qualities / Skills
* Being self‑motivated and a team player
* Being conscientious with work and paying attention to details
* Communication skills – communicating with staff and engaging with residents, showing care and empathy
* Having a strong work ethic and a positive can‑do attitude
* Ability to prioritise work and stay organised
* Be friendly and approachable; experience in a similar role is not essential (full training provided)

Requirements
