Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Administrator to support the design team and assist with both QA processes and general office administration. The successful candidate will help maintain ISO 9001 standards, manage project-related documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain Quality Assurance records and ISO 9001 documentation for design projects.

Process and track permit applications.
*
Monitor job progress and manage invoicing from applications.
*
Support procurement activities.
*
Handle enquiries, quotes, and job logging.
*
Assist with labour programme planning and look-ahead scheduling.
*
Monitor and manage daily email correspondence.
*
Undertake additional reasonable tasks as requested by Directors.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Previous office administration experience (construction industry experience advantageous).
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
