Description: Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Oldham, UK Type: Permanent Salary: £36,000 per annum plus bonus We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Oldham, UK. As a registered manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care service and ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals Manage and train a team of care staff Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of care Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively Identify and implement improvements to the service Handle any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practicesRequirements: Previous experience as a registered manager in a domiciliary care setting Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience in budget management and resource allocation A passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)If you are a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent care, we would love to hear from you.
