About The Role
New Road is a 5-bed supported living service in Peterborough supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We promote independence and personal growth through tailored support, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives and develop skills.
As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, helping us achieve excellence in the field. Every day offers new challenges and rewards, making this a fulfilling role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and best practices
* Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth

* Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records
* Oversee medication processes and support self-administration
