We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join a welcoming team based in Salford Quays. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications, handle general enquiries, process payments, and coordinate bookings for deliveries and training. You’ll act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and excellent service.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
2. Manage internal and external queries with accuracy
3. Process payments and maintain clear transaction records
4. Schedule and coordinate deliveries and training bookings
5. Provide general administrative support across the wider team
Essentials
6. Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, including handling a high volume of telephone calls
7. Strong customer‑focused approach with a professional manner
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organised under pressure
9. Confident using office software
10. Able to use initiative, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
