About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business, sales, or management.
As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including customer engagement, campaign delivery, and team coordination. You’ll work closely with experienced managers, receive structured training, and develop the practical skills needed to progress into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Support sales and customer engagement campaigns for well-known UK brands
* Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
* Handle customer enquiries and ensure accurate record-keeping
* Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face interactions
* Collaborate with team members to deliver daily campaign objectives
* Contribute to team targets and performance goals
* Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development
