Peter Campbell Sales Ltd, part of the Rubix Cutting & Machining division, is a leading supplier of high-performance cutting tools and technical machining solutions across the UK. We support a wide range of manufacturing sectors including aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and precision engineering, helping customers improve productivity, reduce costs and optimise machining performance.
We are currently seeking a driven Internal Sales person to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Generating and following up on customer quotations
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
Supporting the operational team.
Providing support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in an internal sales role
Knowledge of cutting tools and metal machining processes is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience of Microsoft programmes
?Experience dealing with customers over the phone and by email
