Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Parts & Service advisor, working for a family run business, as part of a happy and friendly team.
This job is based at our Subaru & Isuzu dealership in Kirriemuir and the successful applicant will be working over many different areas of the business.
The successful applicant will be a general all-round business ambassador and team player
A snapshot of what the job entails:
* First point of contact within the business when answering the telephone
* Responding to e-mail enquires and enquiries through our DMS portal
* Assisting the Service, Parts, and Vehicle Rental teams where required
* Moving vehicles in and around our premises, also collect and deliver vehicles
* Local parts deliveries when required
* Working closely with workshop team to achieve goals
* Accurate communication between workshop & parts team.
* Meeting and greeting customers, with a cheerful and welcoming manner
* Dealing with customers, listening to their queries and handling accordingly
* Estimating vehicle repair costs within the workshop and contacting customers
* Keeping high cleanliness and tidiness of reception areas, as per dealer standards
* General franchise documentation processing
* Scheduling appointments
