Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Vacancy type Permanent Categories Building Surveying
We are seeking a highly motivated graduate building surveyor to join our specialist team. As a graduate building surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and unique projects across various sectors, including heritage and listed buildings, and conservation areas. You will be working with highly skilled professionals who will provide you with extensive training and development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to complete your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with our support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting detailed building surveys and condition assessments
2. Preparing specifications and schedules of work for complex projects
3. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide specialist advice on heritage and conservation issues
4. Providing technical support to other team members
Requirements:
5. A degree in Building Surveying or related field
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. A strong desire to specialise and progress in your career
