The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy salon. You’ll lead grooming appointments, deliver high-quality grooms with care and a personal touch, and interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are required. You’ll help ensure pets look and feel great. We offer training and development opportunities, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.
Responsibilities
* Groom dogs: bathing, drying, breed-specific styling, and finishing
* Manage grooming appointments with customers
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Collaborate with team in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
* Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming
* Hold a grooming qualification
* Customer-focused, friendly and professional
* Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week, potential for more during busy periods)
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Target-driven experience (preferred, but not essential)
