Senior Credit Controller
Trafford Park, Hybrid working - 3 days per week in office

The impact you'll have:
You will own a portfolio of HSS ProService Marketplace Customers where you will be responsible for collecting monies owed in accordance with agreed payment terms. You will also monitor and manage Customer credit limits in order to minimise bad debts, whilst maintaining positive relationships for HSS.
A typical day:
* You will work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio
* Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt
* You will have the ability to identify potential problem accounts, recommending accounts to be halted
* You will represent the company and our values of the business, remaining professional with all customers
* Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional services environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
* Confident presenting information and attending meetings
