Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join our construction team based in Leeds. The role is 40 hours per week with flexibility for hybrid working. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
* Develop integrated programmes for tender activities and coordinate design, commercial and production elements.
* Create and maintain look‑ahead programmes and individual trade package programmes.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure timely delivery.
* Support and mentor project leads to enhance their planning and software skills.
* Advise on the impact of project changes and update programmes accordingly.
Qualifications
* Experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta or Microsoft Project.
* Demonstrable experience working on build tenders and live projects with a main contractor.
* Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams in an advisory capacity.
* Highly organised with keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
