An opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-regarded law firm. Over the last 15 years, the firm's partners have built a modern, full-service law firm. It is a robust business, and they offer very competitive salaries for the area. The firm are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant for their Garstang office. You will assist the firm's Managing Partner on all aspects of residential property matters. Including but not limited to:

* Liaising with clients

* Keeping data and case management system up to date
\t
* Document Preparation
\t
* Prepare the completion packs
\t
* Be responsible for completions
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisational skills and being determined to progress.
