As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care. You will also run the entire home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. Whether reporting mobility issues, asking a resident for a sample, or administering medication, you will always prioritize resident dignity and wellbeing.

About You
You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy and ability to connect with people are essential. This role requires accountability, and you should be considerate and kind in all interactions.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
