*** Fixed Term - 12 Months Due to Funding

An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the Patient Pathway Team.

This team is responsible for providing a patient focused support service.

This is achieved by ensuring that the most current information on a patient is updated on all appropriate administration systems in order to provide a high quality, efficient and effective patient based information system.

Main duties of the job

Good organizational and communication skills, as well as IT skills, are an essential requirement for this post. You will be required to flexible approach according to the needs of the service. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental approach. A sound understanding of confidentiality is essential.

This post is fixed term for 12 months due to funding.

1. Good educational background
2. Qualifications in word-processing, spreadsheet, database
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. To provide and receive sensitive & confidential information
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to work under constant pressure in a busy environment

7. Understanding of Referral to Treatment
