Credit Analyst
to join its London-based team.
The company combines the best of finance, data science and technology to drive smarter, more responsible lending decisions across multiple UK consumer credit brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence strategy, and help shape the next generation of responsible lending models.
The Role
* Develop and maintain
affordability and credit risk models, rules, and policies
* Support
responsible lending and financial vulnerability initiatives
* Use
data and analytics
to deliver actionable insight and optimise decisioning
* Explore
innovative credit solutions
, including Open Banking / Open Finance
* Present insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
About You
Background & Experience
* Degree with strong
quantitative or analytical
focus
* 2–3+ years
in a
credit risk or analytics
role within UK consumer lending
* Exposure to
personal loans, credit cards, BNPL, or point-of-sale finance
* Hands-on experience with
credit reference agency data
and policy development
Skills
* Strong analytical mindset – able to turn data into insight and business action
* Confident with
SAS, SQL or Python
and advanced
Excel
skills
* Commercially astute and able to balance risk vs. growth
* Familiarity with
Open Banking data
or
AWS Quicksight
a plus
