Salary: £13.21 per hour, £28,850 p/a (for full time)

Full and part time hours available (12 hours, days and nights).

About the Role

Key responsibilities
* Show genuine kindness and empathy to residents, keeping them at the centre of everything you do.
* Provide a listening ear, helping residents feel that Oakham Grange is their home.
* Support residents to make their own choices.
* Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Help residents with their daily activities and support them to maintain independence.
Qualifications
You do not need any formal qualifications or previous work experience. A natural warmth and a willingness to make a difference are essential.
Additional requirements
All candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for regulated activity.
