Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
The Corporate Security Representative is primarily assisting daily operations on all matters relating to Fraud. The successful candidate will hold responsibility for several administrative functions within the Global Security team. These functions may differ from time to time based on the needs and requirements of the organization and to help support NCR Atleos strategic goals.
Main Duties
* Proactive monitoring of the ATM estate for indications of fraudulent activity, including collaborative engagement with other internal departments and prominent third parties.
* Analysis of collated data to identify patterns of fraudulent behaviour and emerging MO’s.
* Assisting the wider Operational Risk team to make improvements and implement positive change where required.
* Assisting management to liaise with external agencies such as law enforcement, external suppliers and customers as well as internal stakeholders.
* Planning and coordinating the installation of preferred security products across the ATM fleet.
* Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly or as otherwise directed by the manager.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with all work carried out.
* Using organisational resources responsibly to control departmental expenses and meet agreed budgetary controls.
* Meeting personal objectives and contributing to those of the wider Operational Risk team.
* Contributing to the smooth running of the wider Operational Risk team.
* Always adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
* Supporting or managing security projects to ensure they are met in a timely fashion and aligned to set budget requirements.
* Although predominantly working remotely, the role may require attending internal or external meetings on a regular basis or as otherwise directed by the manager.
Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes

* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to handle pressure and still deliver business objectives.
* Aptitude for identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Good working knowledge of the MS Office 365 products.
* Excellent communicator (written and oral at all levels).
* Ability to build and maintain relationships.
* A self‑driven individual, able to take own initiative whilst also being a team player.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
* A good understanding of ATM fraud.
* Previous experience coordinating project work.
* Good understanding of the ATM industry, including ATM types and security solutions.
