The Role:
* Design, develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
* Support the development and implementation of new production lines and facilities
* Analyse manufacturing methods, materials and equipment to identify cost‑effective solutions
* Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime, defects and costs
* Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
* Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to equipment, processes and materials
* Maintain and modify existing equipment to enhance performance and reliability
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process specifications and standards
The Person:
* Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
* 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
* Strong knowledge of machining, assembly and welding processes
* Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
