Overview
An RMN or RNLD is invited to join our Acute and Urgent Care service as Inpatient Ward Manager on a male mixed AOT and Acute ward based at Oleaster.
This position requires a motivated, inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care to males in an acute care setting. You will need to possess high quality clinical and managerial skills to ensure the maintenance of the current high standards of effective delivery of patient care.
Responsibilities
* Take total management responsibility for the ward, promoting good working relationships and being responsible for the professional development of staff within the Multidisciplinary Team.
* Lead and manage clinical care delivery on a male mixed AOT and Acute ward, ensuring high standards of patient care.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support staff development and service improvement.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with experience of managing and leading teams. Experience of working in an acute or older adult inpatient setting is an advantage.
