County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Associate Practitioner to join the Community Countywide Neuro Rehab Team. You will work independently with adults who have neurological conditions, managing their care and treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, a valid UK driving licence, and experience in a community setting.
Salary ranges from £28,392 to £31,157 per year, pro rata, based on experience.
