Location: Head office, Stockley Park, Uxbridge or Barnstaple, North Devon

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and driven Digital Customer Engagement Manager, to work closely with our UK Generics team including the Sales, Marketing, Business Information and Salesforce Effectiveness teams, to identify opportunities through data and to create and execute customer engagement strategy plans. Working with Senior Brand Managers, you’ll develop, deploy and measure performance on new interaction and engagement strategies, enhance our online presence and the overall digital experience for our customers, and help shape our e-commerce offer.

Responsible for overseeing all digital platforms under the remit of the UK Generics team, you’ll ensure the effective day-to-day management and maintenance of the content and journeys across our websites (working with team members to deliver effective content and campaigns alongside our relevant agency partners).

The Person

* Strong understanding of multichannel and omnichannel strategies, journeys and customer profiles.
* Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong experience of finding opportunities in data and using data and insights to develop segmentation plans.
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Flexible, organised with high levels of planning and organisation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to take initiative and become directly involved in planning, problem solving and execution of work in a team environment.
* Anticipate future industry trends and opportunities, proactively develop plans to address these and communicate them to senior management.
* Good understanding of online data protection obligations and the ABPI code (ABPI qualification completed or would be completed within 6 months).
* Experience of working on e-commerce / shopify websites, desirable but not essential
