Salary: £25,000 £27,000 per annum (plus bonus-based incentive scheme)

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, youll:
Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
Screen multiple candidates daily through in-depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
Make high-volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicantsno cold calling required
Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services growth
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top productivity
Key Requirements
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or telesales environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
