An insight to HR Services Working as part of the HR Service Centre you will be responsible for providing high quality support to our clients HR Department.The role is in a busy department and requires someone with a solid administration background, organised with excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Long term sick identification & tracking Hourly & salaried Statutory Sick Pay identification & tracking Statutory Sick Pay letters & admin Electronic filing of Statutory Sick Pay paperwork Privilege eligibility file Salaried mailbox queries Insurance requests Work experience admin Visa Letters admin as and when required Handling of data requests from other teams Additional duties as & when required Covering for other members of the team when required Bulk Mail Processing (ad hoc) Annual File Review (AFR) Quarterly Desk Procedure reviews Essential & desirable skills: 6 months experience within a busy office environment Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision Ability to perform well under pressure and potentially stressful situations Ability to work alone with minimal supervision Proactive and ability to use own initiative Well-motivated and key team player About FCLG We have been experts in our craft for over 35 years, endorsed by our longstanding relationships with many high profile, blue-chip companies.
