An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Specialist Practitioner District / Senior Community Nurse to work within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team. The team is committed to delivering high‑quality nursing care to local communities as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
The successful applicant will hold a Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or Integrated Community Nursing Diploma and will ideally have the V300 Nurse Qualification or be willing to work towards it.
Responsibilities
 * Plan, coordinate and deliver safe and effective person‑centred care.
 * Demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and change management skills.
 * Exhibit high‑quality communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring, empowering and motivating the team.
 * Ensure travel capability – a car owner/driver or access to a car is required.
Qualifications
 * Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or Integrated Community Nursing Diploma.
 * V300 Nurse Qualification or willingness to work towards it.
 * Evidence of excellent clinical and leadership competence.
