Job Details
* Role: Primary Teaching Assistant
* Location: Crawley
* Contract: Full-time, Term-time (Monday-Friday)
* Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Your Role Will Include
* Supporting pupils with special educational needs (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties)
* Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
* Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Liaising with parents, staff, and external professionals as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience supporting children in a primary or SEN setting
* Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference
* Can adapt strategies to meet individual pupil needs
* Works well as part of a team and is confident using their own initiative
* Holds a DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
