WDE Recruitment have a Temp to Perm vacancy for a DBS Cleaning operative.
This is a role working in the workplace/facilities team in a corporate office environment servicing our client. The role combines reception/front desk cover, elements of security, facilities services, and acting as a workplace ambassador, and as such we are not looking for the exact experience or CV but are more looking for the right person.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, friendly, a team player, and helpful by nature with a proactive can do and take ownership attitude, with the ability to also work independently when needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all building users, ensuring a warm welcome and a safe and secure environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Support the Workplace Supervisor and Building Manager in delivering all operational deliverables. Duties can be varied and include but not limited to reception/front desk duties, security duties, post duties, meeting room set up, H&S duties including fire alarm tests and first aid kit checks, reporting of incidents and maintenance, supporting building users, key and access management, and general support duties for our client.
Requirements Flexibility to work on a set three weekly rolling shift pattern of 42.5hrs per week with 8.5hr shifts between 6am - 930pm, including one Saturday every three weeks. Shift 1. Monday - Friday - 0600 - 1430 Shift 2. Monday - Friday - 1300 - 2130 Shift 3. Tuesday/Wednesday - 0700 - 1930 Thursday - 0700 - 1700 Saturday - 0700 - 1830 Hold an SIA licence or be willing to obtain once perm - this is not a security role but a licence is required for perm role. (the client will fund once perm) Not required when temp but would be useful. Either hold or be willing to get First Aid at Work once perm. (we will fund once perm) Act as a key holder as depending on shift you will be opening or closing our building. Free onsite parking.
