SEMH Supply Teacher - East Lancashire
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Days: Sporadic/Flexible (as required)
Pay: Dependent on skills and experience
Location: Various settings across East Lancashire
Start Date: Ongoing
Responsibilities
* Delivering pre-planned lessons or adapting materials to suit individual needs
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively using trauma-informed and relational approaches
* Supporting the emotional and academic progress of pupils with SEMH needs
* Collaborating with support staff and SENCOs to ensure consistent provision
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - desirable but not essential for strong unqualified teachers with experience
* Experience working with students with SEMH, behavioural needs or in alternative provision
* Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with challenging learners
* Flexible and confident in working across different schools and settings
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
