Business Development
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established Digital Marketing Agency based in Peterborough as a Business Development Manager.
Basic salary plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
Key tasks involve:
1. Developing customer accounts to increase sales.
2. Following up quotations and sales enquiries.
3. Maintaining and developing existing relationships, pitching, and increasing business with retail clients, digital marketing agencies, and white label partners.
4. Researching, contacting, developing relationships with, pitching, and securing business from potential new retail, digital marketing agencies, and white label partners.
5. Preparing sales proposals.
6. Managing the ongoing sales pipeline and updating it daily.
7. Representing the company at exhibitions.
Required Skills:
1. Ideally residing within the Peterborough area.
2. Account Management experience.
3. Experience in marketing and web-related sales.
4. Sales experience, preferably in selling digital marketing services, web services, design, branding, content marketing, and support.
5. Experience in the digital marketing industry is an advantage.
6. Strong presentation and face-to-face communication skills.
7. Proven ability to manage projects and teams.
You will be responsible for finding new opportunities primarily through phone calls, meetings, and demonstrations. This is a full 360-degree role.
It is essential that all candidates possess first-class communication skills — written and verbal, along with excellent time management, client care skills, organization, initiative, and the ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
