Role Overview:
As a Senior Support Worker at Thera East, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability.
You will assist the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, setting goals & objectives, ensuring health and safety, and mentoring your team of Support Workers.
Using a person-centred approach, you will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals.
The support provided will vary depending on each person's ambitions, including helping develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own homes, and supporting leisure, interests, and travel. Support may be provided in their own homes or out in the community.
