From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you'll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth. What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple European markets
* Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies

* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
* Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices

* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high‑growth or international environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable
