The role of an International Logistics Administrator is to provide administrative support within the Logistics Team at our Support Centre in Swindon. The Logistics team manages stock movements from our UK and EU DCs to our stores.
Key responsibilities include:
* Producing accurate export documentation promptly for deliveries to international stores from UK and EU DCs, ensuring smooth cross-border stock movement.
* Booking and controlling stock movements between external warehouses, consolidation centres, and stores.
* Monitoring and tracking delivery arrivals to stores.
* Releasing orders for the EU DC within agreed timescales with the business and logistics partners.
* Compiling the Country of Origin database.
* Liaising with external suppliers regarding delivery queries.
* Preparing and distributing daily and weekly reports.
* Responding to store and support centre queries.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the International Logistics Team.
* Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Strong retail experience with excellent administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
