Your Role
As our Night Porter, you will be the friendly face that creates a secure, warm, and welcoming environment for all our owners. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Providing administrative and operational support throughout the village.
* Assisting with care support when needed.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:
* Strong communication skills to connect with our community.
* A good level of literacy and numeracy, with proficiency in written and oral English.
* Experience using a computer is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
* A positive attitude and a tolerant nature.
* Flexibility in daily duties and shift patterns.
* Experience with pool cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
* Ability to work under pressure and perform well in emergencies.
* A warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
