German-Speaking Operations Support Specialist
Up to £170 per day | 9-month contract

Fluent in both German and English (essential)
We’re looking for a Support Specialist to take ownership of on-road operational support for Speed Mobility Partners across Germany.
This is a hands-on role focused on keeping delivery operations running smoothly in real time. You’ll work closely with multiple partner organisations across logistics sites, acting as a key point of contact to resolve issues quickly and maintain consistent performance across the network.
You’ll be responsible for identifying problems as they happen — from driver check-in through to on-road delivery — and taking decisive action to resolve them. The role requires someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and understand how operational decisions impact performance metrics.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing real-time support to delivery partners operating across Germany
* Troubleshooting issues at driver check-in and while drivers are on the road
* Working closely with partner organisations to maintain smooth daily operations
* Monitoring and supporting performance against key delivery metrics (on-time dispatch, delivery accuracy, concessions, first-day delivery success)
* Using operational tools to identify, track, and resolve issues quickly
* Creating and refining standard operating procedures based on recurring issues
* Acting as the link between operational teams and delivery partners
What we’re looking for
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a clear bias for action
* Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
* Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience within delivery logistics or operational environments (preferred)
* Understanding of delivery apps and key delivery metrics
* Ability to translate operational challenges into structured processes or SOPs
* Basic proficiency in tools such as Excel, Slack, Quip, and communication platforms
* Fluent in both German and English (essential)
