The Dermatology Snr Portfolio Manager will provide strategic leadership for the Dermatology portfolio including inline brands lead Cibinqo & Litfulo in addition to the Dermatology pipeline. In this role the colleague will have the opportunity to work with and lead a diverse cross functional team, working in country & collaboratively with ICO to deliver key marketing initiatives, as well as developing and working with external KOLs/advocates to support the development and delivery of these programs. Execution of the marketing plan will focus on providing a strong customer experience, building Pfizer’s reputation in Dermatology whilst incorporating strong financial budget management skills with thoughtful and considered use of resources. To assist you in the execution of the brand marketing plans, you will also work alongside & be responsible for the performance coaching (where appropriate) of the core brand team; 1x SBM, 1x Portfolio Manager, 1x Associate Portfolio Manager, 1x Graduate, 1x undergraduate and 3 x Marketing Manager Apprentices. They will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Executional Excellence Lead and co-ordinate the activities of the Cross Functional team Lead on the development and execution of the strategic portfolio plan aligned with ICO and global objectives to meet revenue and OPEX targets. Shape and implement tactical plans using deep customer insights to ensure flawless execution across patient, HCP, KOL, and pathway initiatives. Identify and capitalise on national commercial opportunities to drive continuous growth. Demonstrate a clear understanding of value creation within the healthcare system to inform brand strategy and drive improvements. Lead the advocacy development plan incl the medical education strategy, including congresses and dermatology meeting programs. Develop and deliver field force training programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support executional excellence Pipeline Management Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Access & Value, and Global teams to prepare for the launch of new assets, ensuring optimal positioning & pricing to ensure rapid patient access. Develop go to market resourcing strategy to enable a successful launch trajectory Forecasting & Financial Planning Lead brand forecasting (LRF and LE) in partnership with Finance, ensuring robust assumptions and stakeholder alignment. Manage portfolio DME and ensure appropriate phasing of expenditure in line with strategic priorities. Insights & Engagement Generate and translate customer and patient insights across priority customer segments to inform strategy and local implementation. Collaborate with the Derm omnichannel lead to design and execute the integrated channel plan enabling a seamless customer engagement strategy Performance Evaluation Define and lead the evaluation strategy for the portfolio, establishing KPIs and systems to measure impact across all initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance at national and sub-national levels, identifying drivers and opportunities for growth. Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement Lead the therapeutic area relationship with MRE and agencies to ensure timely, compliant approval of materials and contracts. Develop a close working relationship with ICO colleagues, ensuring the UK market is represented within ICO to deliver tactics and resources to drive brand success in the UK Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with national and regional KOLs to foster advocacy across the portfolio. Conduct horizon scanning of NHS policy and structural changes to assess brand impact and inform strategy. Ensure all activities align with company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values, and the ABPI Code of Practice. Skills & Capabilities Strategic thinking with strong commercial & financial acumen. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & translate into actionable plans. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage & prioritise resources across customers in line with Global Strategy & ICO and in dialogue with customer facing functions. Prior experience of leading a brand required Knowledge of Dermatology desirable but not essential Qualifications Graduate or graduate level equivalent Fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice This role is based at our Walton Oaks office in Tadworth with flexible working possible, however, you are required to be present on site 2-3 days a week.
