This Senior IFA Administrator / Paraplanner role is ideal for a senior administrator looking to step into paraplanning or someone with financial services experience keen to develop their technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative and paraplanning support to financial planners and directors as a Senior IFA Administrator / Paraplanner Prepare letters, reports, and client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Review client files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Develop product knowledge and technical skills (support provided for exams) Use Intelliflo and other internal systems efficiently Candidate Profile : Proven experience in financial services Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Full-time, office-based availability Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required: Some paraplanning or product knowledge Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (not essential) How to Apply: If this role sounds like a great fit, please submit your CV today.
