Due to rapid growth they business is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to drive and generate sales growth for their database and management platform, used by commercial professionals, focusing on business rates validation and agency systems.
The Key Account Manager that acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. Reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
* Utilising your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
* Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
* Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
* Managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
* Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.
* Devise business plans, marketing strategies & initiatives to enable channels sales partners.
* Accurately forecast projected bookings revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and introduce routines to review performance.
* Drive customer references, case studies and referrals.
Skills & Experience
* At least 6+ years experience in Customer Success/ Client Relationship/ Account Management within a technology business and SaaS environment
* An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused individual, who puts clients’ needs at the core of business.
* Ability to interpret then present client data to customers
* Keen interest in identifying client problems and finding smart solutions
* Previous experience with enterprise sized clients (Saas model) as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
* Highly organised and analytical. You will constantly be reviewing data to decide what to focus on next and where you will have the biggest impact.
* A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
* Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry
* SaaS sales experience.
