Key Responsibilities: • Support the emotional, educational, and social development of students with complex needs. • Assist teachers in delivering a creative and inclusive curriculum. • Provide personalised 1:1 or small group support for students aged 4–19. • Be a consistent, reliable presence every school day. About the School: • Specialist setting for students with a range of profound and complex SEND. • A positive, nurturing environment that prioritises growth, safety, and well-being. • Creative learning spaces and a collaborative, supportive staff team. • Easily accessible from Stourbridge, Oldbury, and Halesowen. ✅ What We ’ re Looking For: • A Level 2/3 TA or Childcare qualification is a plus, but passion and experience are most important. • Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships. • Able to provide references and clear an enhanced DBS check.
