Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on tackling complex IT challenges? We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing support team - someone who can deliver exceptional service, resolve incidents efficiently and help drive continuous improvement across an IT environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support – over the phone, face-to-face and remotely
* Log, diagnose and resolve incidents quickly using our Service Desk system
* Escalate complex problems to the right teams while keeping users in the loop
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across multiple sites
* Identify ways to make IT support smoother and more efficient
What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in a service desk or desktop support environment
* Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office, networking, and PC hardware
* Experience using Service Desk systems in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
