We are looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in providing a professional and effective Reception and clerical service for the Trusts Outpatients Service. The Outpatient reception rota is across 7 days. Staff are required to cover shifts between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, including Bank holidays. The successful candidate must support the flexibility of the rota.
Computer literacy is essential as you will be expected to input and extract information from various Trust Patient Administrative Systems. The successful candidate will be required to effectively supervise the Outpatient Reception Team daily, ensuring an efficient support service is delivered to the Trust seven days a week, and to support the Assistant Directorate Manager in the day-to-day operational duties for all outpatient activity.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in planning and circulating the weekly rota for all General Reception areas. Rota and Health roster experience is desirable as it forms a large part of this role. The candidate must also be flexible to cross cover shifts across the 7-day rota as required.
