Weâre looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
What Youâll Do
* Provide highâquality care and emotional support in a traumaâinformed, therapeutic setting.
* Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work within a dedicated team in a 365âday service, with long shifts (8âŻamâ11âŻpm) and sleepâin nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
What Youâll Earn
* Annual salary: ÂŁ39,592 (based on ÂŁ15.95âŻ/hour and 8 sleepâins per month; dependent on qualifications).

What Youâll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* LevelâŻ3 qualification in Child Care.
* At least 12 monthsâ experience in childrenâs residential care.
* Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the UK (weâre unable to offer sponsorship).
