Responsibilities
The main focus of your role will be completing assessments of potential Special Guardians. You will need good skills in engagement, assessment, and analysis. You will also be supporting transitions, reviewing and assessing support needs and will be involved in providing support to established Special Guardians and the children in their care across the city.
Qualifications
You will need to be systemic in your thinking and ideally have experience and knowledge related to Kinship Care and Special Guardianship. You will be required to be skilled in anti‑discriminatory and anti‑racist practice and confident in having courageous conversations to achieve good outcomes for children.

We will provide an Enhanced DBS Check. Salary: BG11 - BG13: £39,862 - £50,269, dependent on experience. Please state the grade you are applying for in your application form.
