We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and vibrant school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.
As a key member of the Year 3 team, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high‑quality support in the classroom, deliver small‑group interventions, and help create an engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and confident.

Start Date: May 2026
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Providing targeted support to pupils, including small‑group and 1:1 interventions.
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Helping to prepare learning materials and resources.
* Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development.
* Working collaboratively with staff to ensure high standards of learning and well-being.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school as needed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with primary-aged children (preferably KS2).
* Is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting children’s development.
* Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Has strong communication and organisational skills.
* Is adaptable and able to use their initiative.
* Holds a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential).
