Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses & Profit Share
The Company
A growing and well-established refrigeration business is currently looking for an experienced Refrigeration Service & Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding team covering London and the surrounding counties.
The company is looking for a motivated and reliable engineer who can work independently, take ownership of their workload, and represent the business professionally on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending refrigeration service, maintenance, and breakdown call-outs across London and surrounding areas
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on refrigeration systems and equipment
* Ensuring refrigeration systems remain operational and compliant
* Delivering a high standard of customer service on site
* Managing daily schedules and workloads efficiently
* Maintaining accurate job records and communication with customers
* Supporting installation work when required during peak periods
Candidate Requirements
* Strong background in refrigeration fault-finding, servicing, and reactive maintenance
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Professional and confident when dealing directly with customers
* Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
* Full clean UK driving licence
* DBS check required prior to employment
