Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
3. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
4. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
6. Uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities at all times
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
9. Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
10. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
11. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
12. Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL
